Are there any payment plans available?

  • Yes, you can use Shop Pay on my non-custom fine jewelry to receive it now and pay over the next three or twelve months. Check the link on each product page to see if you qualify! My custom fine jewelry will be split up into payment plans which will be finalized specifically to each project and customer.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

  • In stock items will ship within 5 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. If your item is not in stock, please email me to see the estimated production time. If you have further questions about your order, please contact me at info@adamasjewelrydesigns.com. All made to order items can take up to 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed. If you have a special occasion coming up, we may be able to accommodate your request. Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

  • All orders are final once they are placed, but an address change can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at info@adamasjewelrydesigns.com with your order number in the subject line.

What are my shipping options?

  • All of our packages are insured and shipped with UPS. All orders below $500 will have a flat rate shipping cost of $12.00. All orders above $500 qualify for free shipping! All of our packages must be signed for in person at delivery.

Exchanges & Returns:

What is the exchange and return policy for non-custom fine jewelry?

  • All non-custom fine jewelry sales can be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different variation of the same item that meet our guidelines within 14 days of the delivery date in the Unites States. For eligibility of the return or exchange, the product must be sent back to us unaltered, and the product must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition, with all tags attached. Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Adamas Jewelry Designs.

Return & Exchange Exclusions-

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges and will be noted on the product page.
  • Final sale items include personalized jewelry, sale items permanently marked down, bridal jewelry, or any other items marked on the product page.
  • Exchanges are only available for a different gold color or product size of the originally ordered product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Please email us at info@adamasjewelrydesigns.com with your order number in the title, before sending any products back, so that we can prepare you return or exchange. Orders that are sent back to Adamas Jewelry Designs without approval are subject to additional fees and the order may be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • We will provide an insured, prepaid shipping label. We kindly request that you send your item back to us in the original packaging it arrived in. If Adamas Jewelry Designs incurs additional fees due to large packaging, this may be collected from the customer.
  • You will have 7 business days to have your package scanned for shipment at a local UPS location. Please note that we require items to be returned to us via UPS so that they are insured and protected. We do not accept returns from a UPS drop-off location. Adamas Jewelry Designs is not liable or responsible for lost or damaged packages if the order is sent with an alternate shipping service.
  • Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will review the item within 7 business day s to ensure it adheres with our guidelines. Adamas Jewelry Designs reserves the right not to accept an item if any of the conditions are not met, and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
    • The product must be sent back to us unaltered, and the product must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition, with all tags attached.
  • Upon approval, we will email you your store credit promo code as a refund , ship out the in-stock exchange item, or begin production of your new item variation.
    • Refunds-  The amount paid on the item will be issued in a personalized promo code, which can only be used on our site. Promo codes do not expire and are non-transferrable. Adamas Jewelry Designs does not offer refunds to the original payment method.
    • Exchanges on In Stock Items- The new in stock item will be held until we have received your original item back and it has been approved for the exchange.
    • Exchanges on Made to Order Items- If the new item is not in stock, then we will start production of the item once we have received your original item back and it has been approved for the exchange. We will let you know the lead time when initiating an exchange.

What is the exchange and return policy for custom or personalized fine jewelry?

  • All custom or personalized fine jewelry sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless a product is defective. Please email us at info@adamasjewelrydesigns.com to discuss any product defects.
